From Thursday 5th November 2020, Royce Cakes will operate on a Take-away and Click & Collect service via our website or telephone.

 

In almost 10 years of service to our customers, we at Royce Cakes have weathered many storms. Our legacy is one of customer focus and our employee care. Together as a small business, we are committed to preserving that legacy for you, our customer.

In order to continue offering our services to you, we have had to make some changes to the way we operate within

Covid-19 guidelines from our Government.

 

In the light of the lockdown and following the official guidance from the government and local health authorities, the wellbeing of our staff, customers and our suppliers is of the greatest importance to us.

Therefore, to continue operating we are now rolling out our new CLICK & COLLECT service.

Our Click & Collect service will operate as of Thursday 5th of November 2020 until further notice under the following guidelines:

 

1. Please select your product online from our website, place the order and choose a collection date and time.

2. Alternatively, you may take note of the product code and order by phone on 020 8682 1116.

3. Collection is as follows:

Monday: 9am - 5pm

Tuesday - Saturday: 9am - 6pm

 

4. We will only accept full payment by PayPal service.
